Dongyue Company Development History

Shandong Dongyue Lifting Fire Fighting Equipment Manufacturing Co., LTD located in Zhangqiu City, a beautiful Koizumi city in Jinan. The transportation is convenient with Jiaoji Railway in the south and Jinan-Qingdao Expressway in the north. The company was first established in 2001, covering an area of 67,932 square meters, and the steel structure standardized product workshop: 15,641 square meters. The company consists of: tower cranes, construction elevators, motor vehicle body inspection lines, and fire-fighting equipment production and manufacturing divisions.

Company Development History:

● Established in 1996, Jinan Dongyue Tower Crane Factory;

● Obtained the Industrial Product Production License in 1997;

● Passed ISO international quality system certification in 1998;

● In 2001, the capital optimization portfolio was established and Jinan Dongyue Crane Communication Equipment Co., Ltd;

● In 2003, it passed the review and acceptance of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and was one of the first batch to obtain the "Special Equipment Manufacturing License". It is now an A-level enterprise;

● 2005 Shandong Provincial Department of Construction Famous Brand Products;

● In 2006, a provincial-level enterprise with the policy of "abiding by contracts and valuing credit";

● In 2008, the company's comprehensive office building and newly expanded 20000 standard production workshop were completed;

● In 2009, the equipment renovation with CNC as the main body was fully completed, and the component welding robot was put into use;

● In 2011, the production environment was fully standardized and the fully automatic spray painting and baking paint production line was put into use;

● In 2012, 7S management was launched and the quality control responsibility system was implemented;

● In 2012, the branch committee of the Communist Party of China Jinan Dongyue Crane Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. was established;

● In 2013, it was awarded the National Construction Machinery User Satisfaction Enterprise by the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.

● In 2015, with the development of the enterprise, Jinan Dongyue Crane Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. was renamed as Shandong Dongyue Crane Fire Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

● In 2017, large-scale laser cutting equipment and high-precision robot welding equipment were officially put into operation.

● In 2018, a new high standard industrial base was built to facilitate scale development and standardize operations.

● In 2019, the technical improvement plan and patent project for tower cranes and construction elevators were completed.

● In 2020, a new round of technological improvement plans for tower cranes and construction elevators will be fully implemented.

● Received the title of "High tech Enterprise in Shandong Province" in 2021.
