How to check the maintenance of tower cranes

In order to ensure the normal operation and safe operation of the tower crane, daily inspection and maintenance should be arranged. The main contents of the inspection include the following:

① Check if the power supply system is normal, safe and reliable.

② After power on, check if all controllers, contactors, instruments, indicator lights, and sound equipment are functioning properly.

③ Check if there are cracks, excessive wear, etc. on the lifting equipment, pulley block, and steel wire rope.

④ Start each transmission mechanism and observe its operation to see if there is any abnormal noise or oil leakage or seepage.

⑤ Check if the limit switches of each safety device are still functioning properly.

⑥ Check the lubrication of the components of each mechanism.
